Spectators at the Royal Trophy are in for a very special treat with this world-class golf event. The following information will be helpful during your visit to Amata Spring Country Club.
Players' Practice
Spectators are allowed access to the driving range to watch the players warming up, but please remain behind the ropes and do not disrupt the players whilst they are practicing.
On The Course
- Mobile phones, pagers, and cameras of any sort are not allowed on the course. - Do not talk or move about when a golfer is addressing his shot. - Please refrain from speaking to players when they are on the course. - Please stay behind the ropes and barriers around the course. - Kindly take note that soft soled shoes are most appropriate for walking on the course.
Kiosks
Food items and refreshments are available at five convenient kiosks along the course.
Entertainment Village
The Entertainment Village is located near the practice green. Soak up the atmosphere of the event and visit the elaborately constructed pavilions that boast the latest in golfing equipment, and quench your thirst and hunger whilst in the shade. Ongoing golf action can also be followed from here via the large LED screen set and the main scoreboard.
The Royal Trophy Champions Planet
- Entry is restricted to Champions Planet VIP Pass holders. - Enjoy VIP access to complimentary fine food, drinks, light snacks, live television broadcast, updated scores, an air-conditioned environment and a lounge facility for the entire duration of the Royal Trophy 2007. - Take in the spectacular view of the 9th and 18th holes from a luxurious location and engulf yourself in the atmosphere as the tournament heats up.
Presentation of the Royal Trophy
The presentation ceremony will take place immediately following the conclusion of play on Sunday, January 14, at the 18th green. |
