 Arrival Time
You are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment in order to change, relax and enjoy the exclusive facilities at The Spa. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
We would like to invite hotel guests to arrive at the Spa wearing the robe and slippers provided in the guest room, and would advise that valuables are left in the in-room safe.
Spa Treatments
The specialized ESPA treatments care for your every need from advanced facials, to hot stone therapy, from Thai and Ayurvedic influenced treatments to essential body massages, and from envelopments and specific Signature Peninsula Ceremonies to Half-day and Full-day Spa Journeys.
All treatments include use of the Tea Lounge and Relaxation Areas.
Private Spa
For the ultimate Spa experience, upgrade your treatment journey to take place in one of our Private Spas (subject to availability). Each suite includes a private changing area, steam shower for two and double bath. River Private Spas have spectacular views over the river and city from the balconies. The minimum treatment time in the Private Spa is two hours. Please refer to the Half-day and Full-day Spa Journeys sections for further details or build your own Private Spa Experience with assistance of our experienced reception team and spa therapists.
Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment for the perfect treatment, please speak with our Spa reception team who will guide you to the right choice. Hotel guests can press The Peninsula Spa button on the room telephone for more information or reservations.
As an alternative to selecting specific treatments, we would encourage you to reserve an appointment for Treatment Time (a minimum of two hours) and allow your therapist work on your individual and specific needs that day.
Spa Etiquette
Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all Spa guests' right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, please turn off your mobile phone, pagers, handheld devices. Also, smoking is not allowed.
The Spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit.
The minimum age of 16 is required for access and treatments at The Peninsula Spa.
Health Conditions
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your treatment when making your Spa reservation.
Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant women and nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available-an ideal present for someone special.
Homecare
To continue your Spa regime and experience at home, all ESPA products used in the treatments are available from the Spa Reception.
