Fine gourmet is found at the D.B. Bradley Dining Room where cross-cultured delicacies, such as Rocket salad meets Ikura (Salmon Roe), Ankimo (Monk fish liver) meets Caviar, Sea Urchin meets Quail egg, Foie-gras meets Mango-Miso, Kobe beef meets Pho (Vietnamese noodle), Toro (Tuna belly) meets Pasta, Crab miso meets Spaghetti etc., are served with attention to the utmost detail for both lunch & dinner.

The restaurant is named after a Christian missionary who was a doctor, health officer, newspaperman, an advisor to a previous king; he was the first western physician to enter Siam as a missionary in 1835.

The LOUNGE: The Admiral Zheng He Lounge Breakfast, Afternoon Tea set & All day light meals are served at the lounge. Gourmet coffee and tea, as well as seasonal selection of western and oriental breakfast a la carte are offered from 7AM.

A full drinks menu with Thai Oriental Express, International Canapes, Tapas, & Desserts are served from noon until midnight.

The lounge is named after the great Chinese voyager Admiral Zheng He who covered more of the world than any one before him. This great explorer sailed with the biggest fleet of ships (or junks) from China to South East Asia, India, Ceylon, Persia and Africa some 600 years ago. Some suggests that he had actually visited the Americas and Australasia as well.
