Bradley Dining Room where cross-cultured delicacies, such as Rocket salad meets Ikura (Salmon Roe), Ankimo (Monk fish liver) meets Caviar, Sea Urchin meets Quail egg, Foie-gras meets Mango-Miso, Kobe beef meets Pho (Vietnamese noodle), Toro (Tuna belly) meets Pasta, Crab miso meets Spaghetti etc., are served with attention to the utmost detail for both lunch & dinner.

The restaurant is named after a Christian missionary who was a doctor, health officer, newspaperman, an advisor to a previous king; he was the first western physician to enter Siam as a missionary in 1835.
