Thai Cooking Class at Thai House

This course is designed for those with little time but who want to create delicious Thai meals. After a long-tail boat ride to the traditional Thai house, you’ll begin class. Each session features brief lectures, ingredient preparation, hands-on cooking demonstrations and discussion. They are conducted in an open air kitchen, an orchard containing mango, banana, papaya and coconut trees, and fresh herbs and spices used in the recipes, only yards away. You will also visit an open-air market to learn how fresh ingredients are selected, and be able to eat everything you make.

Includes:
- Transfers by van or boat to and from Bangkok with English-speaking guide.
- All ingredients and cooking utensils are provided.
