A solid selection just about covers
all the standard dishes found in most hotel restaurants.
Caesar salad with slow-cooked egg is spectacularly
prepared; the cos lettuce is crisp and fresh, while the egg
yolk gives the dish an extra edge that sets it apart from
the competition. Another recommendation is aromatic
sous-vide (ultra-slow-cooked) snowfish, served with
creamy, fluffy mushroom mashed potatoes that really
complete the dish. Be sure to try salmon eggplant; the
fish has a buttery soft texture with just the right flavour
which will be sure to leave you wanting more. Chicken
breast is less impressive; the meat is less tender than it
could be and the accompanying shoestring fries seem
a bit out of place.
