The menu offers an array of international cuisine and there are also six different set menus on offer to suit gourmet diners and vegetarians. The highly recommended set menus include selected wines for different courses. From the a la carte menu, try Vertigo appetiser plate for two, which includes a variety of nibbles such as rice-crusted scallops, foie gras terrine, tuna tartar, duck confit and caesar salad. For mains, roasted garlic marinated baby chicken with grilled capsicum bruschetta and rosemary citrus reduction is excellent. Broiled snowfish with warm caper olive, vinaigrette and grilled green asparagus is also very nice. There are many side dishes on offer, but sauteed spinach is particularly delicious. Vertigo dessert plate for two allows you to sample all the sweet temptations available.
