Food here is an interesting try at fusion with delightful and delicious results. Divine salmon sardine in shoyu vinegar offers seven or eight slices of fresh salmon soaked in shoyu sauce with a touch of Japanese vinegar. Grilled aubergine in ponzu is a good veggie alternative. For the main course, prawn katsu bun is an interesting meeting between tempura and hot dog, with a wasabi dip; more importantly, it tastes good as well. Hamburg steak on rice is suitable for those who like a hearty meal, with an over-easy egg on top and Japanese vinegar to balance the salty tang of the meat. End with green tea and red bean crepe, topped with whipped cream. Simply divine.
