Tsu & Nami are two contemporary Japanese restaurants together with a separate sushi bar and lounge bar.

FOOD

Diners can choose between Tsu's more traditional Japanese cuisine and seating and Nami's frenetic teppanyaki bar action and counter dining, and mix and match menu items as they wish, regardless of their seating location. Try matsumae kazunoko, a sweet blend of herring roe, seaweed and squid marinated in soy sauce. Also do not miss unusual crunchy sushi roll or crispy, deepfried salmon skin salad, a scrumptious, popular dish. For a divine treat, try matsuzaka beef rolls served with garlic and soya jelly, beautifully presented, the soft, premium beef is slightly raw and memorable, as is snowfish teriyaki's sweet, tender flesh. The dessert menu has fun items along with traditional Japanese treats: try sake tiramisu, a sakesoaked sponge cake served in a cappuccino cup.
