FOOD

The menu is different and imaginative, making for a memorable meal. The dishes on offer are ideal for sharing so start with Cosmo tidbits, comprising crispy prawns, sliced char siu pork, BBQ spare ribs and crab Rangoon (fried wonton skins with cream cheese and crabmeat filling). Taste-buds suitably titillated, move on to Mahi mahi, blackened fillet of fish drizzled with cucumber and onion sauce. The texture of the fish is moist and perfectly complemented by the tangy cucumber/onion sauce; crispy duck offers a different take on the classic peking duck. Here the duck meat, not the skin, is served with pancakes, hoisin sauce, spring onions and cucumber. An interesting selection of Madras curries is also available. If you have room, the dessert selection is extensive; try outstanding crepes suzette.
