There is a reasonably extensive list of European favourites with the emphasis on fresh, quality ingredients. Sausage, pork chops, steaks and other meats are purchased on a daily basis and the vegetables too are always market fresh. The small kitchen, staffed by experienced Thai cooks, is perhaps more at home though with local food. The owners claim, with some pride, to produce the best mee krob (crispy noodles) in Bangkok. Another favourite with the regular weekend crowd is green curry with spare ribs. Desserts such as lime cheesecake and tiramisu are purchased from outside rather than home cooked but they are well presented and tasty. It is best to visit The Garden at weekend evenings when the busier crowd will add to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

Setting

This out-of-the-way restaurant occupies the sixth floor of a small serviced apartment block close to Bitec exhibition centre. It has a delightful garden terrace area that is ideal for sitting outside on cooler evenings.
