The Emporia's speciality is Cantonese food, with an extensive list of selections.Dim sum is available for lunch, with some of the largest dumplings and other creations to be found in town. The a la carte menu includes abalone, shellfish, crab, poultry, meats, seafood, rice and noodles. The restaurant prides itself on its seafood dishes, and among those recommended are Phuket lobster salad, baked fillet of garoupa, stuffed scallop with shrimp and baked combination seafood. Other Cantonese delicacies such as peking duck and suckling pig are also popular here.
