Owner and head chef Jutaporn
Tejapaibul's parents lived in England for many years and
it was here that she developed her inimitable culinary
style. The menu features a selection of standard English
staples such as corned beef hash and lamb shank but
there is also a noticeable French influence, with homemade
pate-possibly the best in town-a speciality.
Desserts are highly recommended and those with a
sweet tooth are unlikely to be disappointed by either
warm chocolate cake served with home-made vanilla
ice cream and chocolate sauce or chocolate fondue
with seasonal fruits.

The full name is Tessa's Homemade and the experience is not unlike that of attending a dinner party hosted by an extremely accomplished chef. Despite its location in upmarket Thonglor this restaurant is extremely unpretentious and could best be described as homely. An intimate atmosphere is greatly enhanced by live music on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
