Sorrento provides imaginative Italian cuisine with an accent on presentation. The creativity at work in the kitchen is epitomised by the treatment of foie gras, served here with green apple and calvados. Melt-in-the-mouth foie gras is set-off perfectly with tart green apple and a drizzle of calvados. Seafood abounds, snowfish with lemon sauce served with green asparagus is a must-try.
