FOOD
Extensive traditional Cantonese and classic Sichuan dishes are the staples on the menu. Special barbequed combination comprising hearty samplings of barbequed pork, soysauce chicken, pork spare ribs, roast duck and jellyfish gives more than enough variety for this appetiser. For a big appetite, try special seafood combination consisting of fish in Sichuan sauce, scallops baked in wine, deep-fried squid baked with salt and chilli, shrimp balls and jellyfish to top it all off. Cream of corn soup with crab meat is also a pleasure for the palate. For a main course, though peking duck prepared tableside is always nice to watch, the sauce here is a bit on the light and runny side. Fried Hokkien noodle enhanced with XO chilli sauce is a good choice to end the course. For dessert, gingko in coconut juice and mango pudding are surprisingly light and enjoyable.
