Scoozi offers fine Italian dining at its best. Leopoldo Testor, the restaurant's new Michelin-star chef from Milan with 35 years of experience on his plate, has designed a brand-new menu featuring innovative dishes created from only the highest quality ingredients. Start off with mouth-watering French goose liver with green apple, calvados wine and brioche bread for foie gras that melts in the mouth, or opt for crepes filled with scallops, porcini and pumpkin flowers, a very pleasing combination. For mains, sliced sirloin steak with balsamic vinegar is the choice for meat lovers while risotto with langoustine and rocket salad will have diners raving for days.
