Retro-modern with a Thai twist, this place serves up selections worthy of the trendiest shopping space in Bangkok. Owner Praethip Chanyavongse has carefully tailored the menu to provide upscale sustenance to fuel shopping experiences. Selections are for the most part light and tasty, and will not leave you unable to move. An example is smoked salmon taramasalata with crudities, which is almost snack-like in its presentation. The salmon is lightly whipped and the crackers are airy. Prawn and avocado salad is another option that is delicious and light. More hearty fare is available as well: rib-eye steaks made from top-quality local beef, or country pork ribs with piquant prune sauce.
