Visual presentation of dishes is
very good, but imagination also goes into rethinking
the dishes themselves. For example, the Italian chef
turns the the classic vitello tonnato inside out, offering
rare tuna on a veal preparation. Duck liver is seared
perfectly and served with cranberry jam. Risottos and
fresh pastas are excellent dishes. Suckling pig belly is
very tasty and tender. Rack of lamb, served with almond
and eggplant crust, is a must and certainly a classic
signature dish of the place. Rossini's tiramisu and bitter
chocolate souffle with vanilla ice cream are both very
good.
The setting, redolent of a Tuscan villa, and the high ceiling creates a very comfortable atmosphere. The luxury Italian farmhouse-style decoration with fireplaces and tiled floors will charm the guests for a one-to-one dinner or a family gathering.
