Steak is the main event and all tastes are catered to, from heavily marbled, ultra-rich Japanese kobe and wagyu or more down-to-earth grain-fed Australian or US, or grass-fed Canadian beef, all expertly cooked to order and served with top-notch side dishes such as truffleinfused mashed potatoes or sauteed fresh spinach. Those who prefer lamb, pork or seafood can expect the same quality and expert preparation. Seafood risotto is also outstanding. Those who save room will enjoy a fine selection of home-made pastries, tarts, ice creams and sorbets. Chocolate sphere is particularly wonderful.
