FOOD

Opened just last year, this is a restaurant not for the weak-hearted, where you have to be prepared for very spicy, chilli-infused food. Lamb chilli fry is one of the best ways to enjoy lamb, and these fantastic, soft, easily breakable chunks of meat are cooked with thin strips of ginger amid spices, leaves and other ingredients. Tangri kebab is a big handful of excellent drumsticks similar to traditional tandoori chicken but redder, softer and more subtle because of its unique marinating in yoghurt and spices. Vegetable Manchurian is a tangy collection of fried balls made of chopped vegetables and other items, covered in a red sweet and sour sauce. Chicken chettinadu is a challenging, southern-style bowl of spicy, meat-on-the-bone chunks with black pepper powder. Some surprising Chinese-inspired Indian dishes like fish Sichuan is also on offer. Many of the popular Indian dishes served elsewhere can be found here as well. Limited selection of desserts.
