The menu offers something for
everyone, whether you are looking for a combination of
curries with rice and naan, probably washed down with
a couple of lagers, or a lighter meal of soups and snacks
accompanied by a glass or two of wine. The traditional
Indian dishes such as tandoori chicken, lamb rogan josh
and chicken biryani are all here and the chef will also
prepare any type of Indian food which hasn't found its
way onto the menu. There is an extensive vegetarian
menu including gobi musalam and paneer dahi walla.
The food which fuses Indian and Thai influences
immediately stands out and flambeed lobster masala
is a classic example of the gastronomic benefits which
can be had when culinary cultures combine.
Indian food has long been a staple diet of the British but there is a far more diverse range of foods and flavours on offer here than you would find in your average Indian restaurant. The chefs are all Indian and the food is lovingly infused with the various flavours associated with this particular cuisine.
