STYLE: Italian/Japanese

FOOD:

Deep-fried baby shrimp, with a touch of salt, makes a great starter. Roasted spicy seafood roll is a cut above the competition found elsewhere. Heavenly cedar-grilled snowfish offers gratifying texture and memorable aftertaste. Imported wagyu beef and Norwegian salmon also make exquisite dishes. Rare grilled tuna, scallop and foie gras with balsamic soy sauce is creative, distinctive and dainty. Green tea creme brulee with red bean paste completes the perfect dining experience.

SETTINGS:

Rakuza's Japanese chef worked for many years in Italy, and the most interesting dishes are those that fuse the two cuisines. There are also traditional Japanese dishes made with the best-quality imported ingredients. All these are present in a restaurant that also boasts tasteful decoration and relaxed ambience.
