FOOD

Prime is one of the few steakhouses in town which raise the standard for steaks. The menu is very comprehensible and diner-friendly with sections divided into soups, salads, your choice of meat, how you like your meat done, side dishes and sauces. A true steakhouse with nothing complicated, but yet very fulfilling. A few recommendations are potato gratin, lobster bisque and caesar salad, the latter of which its dressing is mixed to your satisfaction, tossed with fresh, crisp greens and served at the table right in front of you. Another unforgettable creation at Prime that must be mentioned is its amazing home-made bread served with normal and garlic butter. Good quality beef is grilled over wood-burning grills for superb, luscious steaks.
