Prime offers top-quality food with a well-balanced menu. Caesar salad is expertly prepared at the table, the dressing made from scratch in front of you. Pan-fried crab cakes with creamy lemon butter and caper sauce is an exquisite starter. Seafood mixed grill offers a range from lobster to snow fish. One is spoiled by the choice of steaks on offer. Japanese varieties such as kobe and matsuzaka offer a real dose of luxury, but no matter what you select, they are all grilled to perfection as per your request, and served with your favourite sauce.
