grapes, truly cooked to perfection. Pan-fried snowfish
is simply marvellous. Diners will not want to miss fugu
-a Japanese puffer fish that can be fatal if prepared
incorrectly -with light miso and white wine sauce. Apple
crumble or wasabi ice cream makes for a perfect finish.
