FOOD
The food served here is modern Euriopean cuisine. Starting off with smoked snow fish salad will definitely perk up one's appetite; the fish is soft and succulent, and is drizzled with a light lemon dressing. Everything in this dish - grapes, salmon roe and oranges, the fish itself - operates in perfect harmony. Lobster bisque and pan-fried duck foie gras are alternative appetisers, both bursting with flavour. For mains, hearty white bean stew complements the pan-grilled red snapper's light meat while yellowin tuna with red wine reduction is a unique dish waiting to satisfy your taste buds with the hint of Eastern influence that can be sensed in the sauce. The bread basket at Monopoly deserves a mention as well; the bread is freshly baked and delicious, and diners can choose from five different styles of butter.
