FOOD

Big portions define the soul of Monkeys. From dim sum to crispy prawns in sweet mayo, everything comes in special portions. Dim sum filling is stuffed to the brim and the size is at least twice as big as those you see at most places. Some unusual varieties are Rainbow dim sum, a colourful creation with shrimp dumplings moulded into different shapes and colours; Emperor dim sum is a combination of various types and Hong Kong mango rolls is stuffed with crab stick, whole shrimps and ripe mango; the crusted rolls are a delight. Barbecue platter is also a perfect way to sample the different captivating appetisers. The seafood selections are broad and include live crab, fish and shrimp for maximum freshness.
