Grilled duck foie gras with lentils and
balsamic vinegar is expertly pan-cooked foie gras served
on a bed of lentils that makes a perfect combination. King
crab with cranberry cream is a beautifully presented,
dainty salad that offers an array of subtle flavours.
Dover sole is perfectly cooked to lock in the flavours
while benefitting from the accompanying asparagus
and tomato sauces as counterpoints. Australian wagyu
beef fillet is of a superior cut and comes with a good
red wine sauce. For dessert, chocolate souffle with
strawberry mint ragout is a tasty treat, as is the freshly
made caramelised apple tart with ice cream.
