It's impossible to go wrong here, but difficult to zero in on selections with so many fine alternatives. Beef selections inevitably dominate with prime Australian black angus beef and wagyu of various levels of ageing and marbling to choose from that are perfectly grilled to order with all the traditional side dishes and sauces.
