It's impossible to go wrong here, but difficult to zero in on selections with so many fine alternatives. Soft-shell crab salad, a generously sized whole crab perfectly deep-fried served over subtlyflavoured mayonnaise, is a surprisingly light way to start, but there are plenty of richer choices like fresh oysters or roasted foie gras. Beef selections inevitably dominate with prime Australian black angus beef and wagyu of various levels of ageing and marbling to choose from that are perfectly grilled to order with all the traditional side dishes and sauces. Desserts tend to luxurious richness.
