Seafood tower for two gives diners a veritable cornucopia of aquatic delights; with prawns, lobster, octopus, sushi, sashimi, raw oysters, steamed mussels and more, even a half order is a delightful challenge for two to stow away. Lobster bisque cappuccino with buttered rock lobster and scallion croutons has the feel of classic cuisine coursing through its complex of flavours. Steamed dover sole with vegetable casserole does honour to the high-grade fish used. Once the waiter extricates whole Mediterranean sea bass from its salt crust it's time to revel in the tender meat served with crab dauphinoise, caper berry salad and champagne butter. Side dishes are as fresh as the fish, a perfect compliment to the mains. Also on tap is a full Japanese seafood menu. Desserts maintain the high standard with Valrhona chocolate fondant a standout.
