FOOD
Lunch at Lord Jim's is a magnificent buffet with quality seafood, while an a la carte menu is on offer at dinner. Pan-fried hand-dived scallops speaks volumes of Lord Jim's quality as the scallops are simply exquisite, the freshest one can expect and impeccably grilled, while the sour cabbage and carrot-ginger puree adds an interesting fusion twist. Marinated yellowfin tuna on a lemony salsa is similarly fresh, and the soft tuna goes well with the coarser crabmeat salad. For mains, Alaskan cod teriyaki is a fascinating Japanese dish; although the teriyaki sauce is a tad sweet, the succulence of the Alaskan cod is amazing. Lord Jim's matsu moriawase is an assortment of the finest quality sushi. Apart from seafood, there is also a variety of meat dishes such as grilled wagyu beef or roasted Australian lamb rack.
