Some of the most meticulous Cantonese dishes available in Bangkok. Prawn mango roll brings fresh spring rolls stuffed with cubes of fruit and tiny seafood. Shredded abalone with mixed fruit salad presents this seafood as an appetiser and is a nice blend of tastes. Sweet and sour pork is cooked in the classic, familiar style with breaded chunks of meat in a tangy sauce amid red and green peppers, pineapple and onions. Sauteed broccoli with black mushroom in oyster sauce lavishes generous portions of each. Five nuts is magnificent with broccoli, cashews, gingko, water chestnuts, dates and other ingredients. Peking duck's skin is delicately sliced to remove all meat and fat, while the meat can be prepared with garlic or black pepper or minced.
