Parisian French cuisine at its best. Executive chef Nicolas Joanny uses all the best ingredients flown in fresh from France, Australia, New Zealand and Japan for an extraordinary dining experience. Fresh palermo ham and Italian sausage is served complimentary to get things going. Tartar of fresh tuna belly, kaffir lime and ginger, ewe cheese and crispy olive bread as a starter is luxurious and delicious and is beautifully presented. Le Vendome makes similar artworks of all its dishes. Meat from a medium rare rack of lamb is delicately cut from the bone and served in a showy fashion with garden vegetables. The menu is heavy with other rich selections such as roasted pigeon and braised beef cheeks. The desserts here are the perfect cap to a meal.

Setting

Smart and casual, yet classy in a revamped private house with a swimming pool and well-kept garden. Le Vendome moved from All Seasons Place last year.
