Huge, open space with high ceiling creates a grand and chic atmosphere. The main dining area overlooks the pool.

FOOD

The food at Les Nympheas is served in generous portions and each plate is crafted beautifully in both taste and presentation. Warm tomato and goat cheese salad with fresh sliced parma ham proves to be a very good combination of flavour and texture while effectively boosting the appetite. Pan-fried foie gras with peach salad in virgin olive oil is also a very good choice. French onion soup with a cheese topping is mild, yet delicious. Duck leg confit with crispy polenta, flageolet beans cassoulet and natural jus is crispy on the outside while the meat inside remains juicy. Lamb rack and loin under pistachio and mustard crust is highly recommended and comes with a side dish of potato Dauphine. For dessert, choices include crepes suzette, creme caramel, eclair and chocolate mousse.
