Even humble vegetable soup becomes a piece of eye candy, bright cerise and yellow swirls studded with truffle. Tender sous-vide wagyu striploin is enhanced by three similarly vibrant sauces, and the mushrooms accompanying ravishing Brittany turbot are dotted with gold, like something from Lewis Carroll.
