Chef Paul Anthony Quarchioni,
(formerly sous-chef at Le Normandie) has staked out
a satisfying patch of culinary territory with his singular
take on classic French food. Seared sea scallops,
chorizo and rocket make for a salad based on tasty
morsels of complementary flavours and textures. Foie
gras ravioli with truffle foam leaves you wanting more
of the fungus-drizzled pillows filled with rich liver. Duck
leg confit with red wine jus has a rich and crispy skin with
succulent meat as a second prize inside. Fettuccine
truffle presents fresh pasta in a creamy sauce that will
delight truffle lovers. Apple and rhubarb crumble with
vanilla ice cream is the perfect finish to this all-round
delicious meal.
Featuring high-end French bistro fare, the cosy Thai-colonial house is a pleasant venue for a romantic dinner for two or a relaxing meal among friends and colleagues. Staff is enthusiastic and informed enough to make recommendations.
