La Villa offers a complimentary warm seafood salad for starters that immediately raises expectations of the courses to come. Ask Ferin for an individual selection of appetisers such as panfried foie gras, scallops, rocket salad and Italian sausage, all fresh and tasty, beautifully presented on a large, decorative plate. Pasta is a must, including homemade tagliatelle carbonara, a simple but classic dish you do not want to miss. Seafood-lovers will be tempted by cod fillet, or the house speciality of sea bass baked in a rock salt crust. For dessert, try chocolate souffle with pistachio, or creme brulee with cherry ice cream.
