Chef Nicolas Reynard personally oversees each dish, including the selection of quality imported ingredients. French frog's leg provencale is tender and juicy with the right amount of butter, garlic and parsley. Steamed Boston lobster salad with asparagus and crabmeat in basil dressing is refreshing and light. Green asparagus gives a fresh crunchiness to the sweet lobster. Notable main courses include John Dory a la plancha (cooked on a metal plate) with ratatouille, and roasted French quail stuffed with duck foie gras. The tender quail meat blends well with wild mushrooms and black truffle mashed potatoes. For dessert, warm chocolate cake with chocolate sorbet, and French almond pudding with its smoothness cut by passionfruit puree end a very special meal.

Setting

La Truffe accentuates the chic atmosphere of its boutique hotel setting with muted lighting, a circular bar and cosy dining areas with large alloy screens. Seating is available for only 30 people.
