The restaurant's signature starter tagliolini alla granseola combines light spinach pasta with large pieces of Alaskan king crab, spiced tomato sauce and fresh basil. For something heavier and very rich, fergato al tamarindo combines seared foie gras with green mango compote, tamarind sauce and roasted pistachio. The balance and contrasting textures of the ingredients make this a classic. Fish lovers should try Alaskan black cod with shellfish e'spuma and watercress. Baby Iberico pork chop in caper sauce is another interesting main dish with crispy pork skin on the outside and juicy meat within. Tortino di cioccolata comes with 72 percent grand cru chocolate tortino, vanilla mascarpone sauce and hazelnut ice cream. Gratin of wild berries, Bronte pistachio sabayon and white chocolate ice cream is equally mouthwatering.

Setting

Contemporary and tastefully designed with an open kitchen and situated overlooking the swimming pool of the Sukhothai hotel. The menu is small but very imaginative.
