The menu is perfectly structured, presenting the diner with enough variety to please a sophisticated palate. Chef Francesco Lenzi sources organic and free-range ingredients, the result being dishes that highlight the quality produce without compromising on Italian flavours. Caesar salad is displayed with the crisp lettuce leaves propped up in a tower and delightfully complemented with a kick of Asiago cheese crouton. Parma ham and mozzarella is smoky and delicious. Genuine meat lovers need look no further than tender veal fillet with porcini mushroom sauce; even the accompanying mashed potato is outstanding, with just a hint of infused garlic. Maine lobster linguine with tomato and lemon essence is creamy and decadently tasty. The scrumptious desserts are served in what looks like an artist' palette framed with brush strokes of chocolate and other sweet delights.
