FOOD

The voluminous menu offers an extensive selection of sushi, sashimi and maki-zushi/temaki-zushi items. Vinegared dishes abound with uzakusu, grilled eel and cucumber in vinegar, and sashimi salada, paper-thin sliced raw fish on green salad with soy-flavoured dressing, being of particular interest. Although seafood is prevalent, meat teppanyaki is a must-try with kobe, US and French-Thai beef on offer, all served with assorted vegetables and mushrooms. Another excellent choice to enjoy is teppanyaki Mongolian-style buffet with a choice of oil, sesame and spicy sauces. Nabemono hot pot dishes and udon and saba noodles are also available for those seeking comfort food.
