FOOD

Traditional Japanese food mixed with more popular selections that appeal to a multi-cultural five-star hotel clientele. The sea lays its bounty upon Keyaki in many different ways. Traditional seafood dishes such as pickled jellyfish with chilli and sesame oil complement an explosion of ripe salmon roe in seaweed tangles. Going more modern Tokyo is raw salmon salad with wasabi dressing, or octopus boiled in its own ink and served with plum sauce. Japanese-style grilled beef always satisfies, and what Keyaki presents is no different. Served with fresh ground garlic and Japanese pesto complemented by a rich dark sauce, the beef dishes are melt-in-mouth tasty. There are ample ways to eat different breeds of whole fish at Keyaki, all done in more ways than can be included here.
