FOOD
The restaurant specialises in Cantonese cuisine with a wide selection of dim sum available for lunch. As an appetiser, try the house speciality, seafood mango spring rolls, lightly battered rolls stuffed with prawns and mango. Seafood abounds with an extensive selection of abalone and more exotic items such as sea cucumber and Hong Kong jellyfish for the more adventurous diner. Sichuan prawns, vibrantly hot and spicy, should not be missed. Moving away from seafood, poultry is well represented, Jasmin being well-known for its peking duck. Steamed chicken with ginger is also highly recommended. Singapore noodles, thin vermicelli, with shrimps, barbecue pork and peppers, is packed with flavour. On the dessert front, traditional sesame dumplings with syrup will tempt those of a sweet tooth disposition.
