Using imported seafood only, Hou Yuu is committed to quality without charging Tokyo prices. Stick to the Japanese classics, including the seasonal specials, and you won't be disappointed. Sushi is fresh and excellent, and tempura, crisp as it should be and without a drop of oil. On the fancier side, crab special is a must, although toro wakame miso is less successful, the fine flavour of the fish losing out to a potent honey-mustard sauce. Fresh fruits, beautifully arranged on flaked ice, and moshi ice cream are good ways to finish the meal.
