The cuisine at Grappino reflects the look and feel of the contemporary setting. Chef Marco Amarone presents the specials in person and invites diners to ask for any special requests. For starters, try parmigiana and caprese, a mouthwatering dish featuring baked eggplant served with fresh tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella salad with spicy olive oil, while young spinach leaf salad with mushrooms will not disappoint. For entrees, carnivores will appreciate grilled Australian beef tenderloin served with arugula salad, parmesan flakes and Italian cherry tomatoes, while seafood lovers will love the house speciality, baked snowfish in a wrap and served with grilled zucchini and fennel.
