FOOD

Freshness dominates each plate here at Giusto and diners can tell from the first bite. Tuna carpaccio and seafood salad make wonderful starters while a variety of interesting soups like leek and potato soup with sliced black truffle and classical seafood soup warms up the palate for the more wonderful creations to follow. For pasta, spaghetti sea urchin and bottarga still dominates as the chef's recommendation, but other unique pasta dishes are also available. Orecchiette baked with cheese, tomato, zucchini and Italian sausage is a delight. Grilled snowfish is soft and juicy with a mellow sauce, while lamb tenderloin is tender and has a lovely aroma. Chef Fabio Colautti boasts the finest desserts in town and after trying his ice cream cake, Sicilian style, and creme brulee with vanilla ice cream, that claim sure is true.
