SETTING

Distingished by a strikingly unique and inviting wine terrace, Fuzio makes the most of its location on the sixth floor of the Mini Cooper building. The dining room sports imported marble flooring and a spacious layout, with views of Ekamai through the large glass windows.

FOOD

Italian chef Paolo Petris oversees a menu that offers up to eight choices of antipasti as starters. try perhaps risotto with porcini mushroom and smoked-dried ricotta. Pan-seared French farm-raised goose liver in wild berry reduction with fig compote is an intriguing and tempting alternative. Move on to grilled lamb tenderloin with grilled vegetables, the meat so tender it can only be described as first class. Another excellent main dish is duck breast with lime and thyme sauce. Fuzio's signature dessert, molten chocolate cake with ice cream, is a fitting finale to a memorable dining experience.
