Owner Nicola Bonazza offers
imaginative takes on Italian favourites. Start with black
ink cappuccino, best enjoyed by scooping tender baby
squid from the bottom through the potato cream.
Tomato tortelloni needs to be eaten whole to avoid
spilling the liquid filling. For the main course tenderloin
of venison is perfectly browned outside, rare within, not
gamey at all. combining well with Jerusalem artichoke
and pomegranate sauce. Grilled snowfish with cherry
tomatoes, olives and capers is also delightfully cooked
with a crispy skin and moist meat. For dessert Bonazza's
version of tiramisu is presented in a dramatic and fun
way. Hot chocolate foam with rum ice crush is another
delicious dessert with a twist. A five-course tasting
menu of the restaurant's best dishes or the new surprise
menu from chef Stefano Merlo are also available.
A charming small restaurant with very personal service set in a converted house in a Sukhumvit residential area with a high ceiling and large arched windows, run by a father and son team.
