Start off with the bread basket that offers a delightful roasted garlic spread for the baguettes. Signature cream of leek and potato with fresh mussels and roasted garlic soup proves to be amazingly well-rounded while the pizzas have generous toppings. The pastas present some unique choices. Rabbit and foie gras ravioli topped with sage butter and black truffle jus incorporates traditional Italian elements with an innovative combination of ingredients that makes the dish interesting.
