The menu is rotated regularly to ensure that the selection never grows stale. There are also regular specials so it is well worth contacting the restaurant in advance to see what each individual month might bring. For the more cost-conscious there are a number of set menus which offer excellent value for money; or to really appreciate the diversity of food on offer at Deja Vu you can navigate through the various dishes independently. Foie gras is a speciality and there is a good selection of shellfish dishes such as lobster melba. Roasted veal chop is a simpler, but equally delicious choice. A fine dessert selection includes brioche perdu with roasted pear.
