There are also regular specials so it is well worth contacting the restaurant in advance to see what each individual month might bring. For the more cost-conscious there are a number of set menus which offer excellent value for money; or to really appreciate the diversity of food on offer at Deja Vu you can navigate through the various dishes independently. Foie gras is a speciality and there is a good selection of shellfish dishes such as lobster melba. Roasted veal chop is a simpler, but equally delicious choice. A fine dessert selection includes brioche perdu with roasted pear.
