Circle is where discriminating diners can find a scrumptious list of Californian fusion dishes. Top marks go to Japanese tuna salad featuring seared rare ahi tuna, which proves to be amazingly fresh. The tuna is complemented very well with tangy roasted onion balsamic vinaigrette and rocket leaves. Another mouthwatering appetiser is smoked salmon served on potato pancake with dill cream. The salmon is tasty but the potato pancake could be a little crispier. Pasta lovers can also experiment with slightly salty spaghetti and exceptionally fresh river prawns. From the main courses, a highlight is deep-fried snow fish. Very crispy on the outside and soft within, the fish is delectably fresh, its subtle flavours enhanced by balsamic vinaigrette. For dessert, try chocolate cake served with vanilla ice cream.
