Food
Swiss chef Tomas Novak creates a variety of traditional delicacies from his home land as well as a wide selection of international appetisers, mains and fondues. Chard capuns are well executed, firm and tasty. House salad with its selection of fresh and pickled Swiss favourites is clean-tasting and well balanced. Fondues are an inevitable highlight of the menu; raclette offers an excellent balance between thick cheese, sharp gherkins and tasty marinated mushrooms. Lobster thermidor does not disappoint with its creamy consistency. After such a rich assortment of food, light, sweet, cooling chestnut paste vermicelli with meringue and ice cream is the perfect ending.
Setting
A choice of two dining rooms in a detached chalet-style house. It’s cosy, with dark wood trimmings, print tablecloths and a relaxed, country atmosphere.
