Chesa offers a large selection of
Swiss classics alongside a creative international menu.
Among the numerous specialties, capuns (chard
dumplings with bacon, onions and cheese in a creamy
sauce) or spinach ravioli and lobster tail sauteed in
brown butter, are perfect for a smooth start full of
flavour. Soups have always been part of the daily diet of
Swiss people and this is reflected in their ability to cook
memorable ones such as beef bouillon with morels,
and cream of asparagus. Among the all-time favourites,
cheese and meat fondues cannot be missed. Another
option is roasted spring chicken, marinated for 20
minutes with rosemary. Rhubarb compote with vanilla
ice cream, deep-fried apple rings cooked in beer batter
and Chesa's classic tiramisu offer perfect endings to
this Alpine vacation.
