Tim Butler brings his experience as a pastry chef at some of Manhattan's bestknown restaurants. As an appetiser, try beautifully presented grilled corn soup with clams, pancetta, fresh cream and paprika. Imported Japanese tuna salad consisting of tuna sashimi, toragashi cream, greens and soysauce dressing is another speciality. Pasta dishes with seafood are very popular here. For main courses, try perfectly seared diver scallop with taro puree, green salad, truffle vinaigrette and fried sweetbread. Panseared foie gras with caramelised apple champagne jelly and red wine syrup is another decadent choice. Apart from a delicious array of desserts, the chef specialises in homemade ice cream, with flavours ranging from traditional vanilla to exotic passion fruit.
